NextPixel Apps LLP ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Flower Identifier: AI Scanner mobile application (the "App"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information when you use our App.
Information Collection and Use
The App is designed with privacy in mind. We do not collect personally identifiable information. When you take a photo of a flower for identification, the image is sent to our identification service for processing and is not retained or linked to any user identity.
Photos
The App requires access to your camera and/or photo library only to perform flower identification. Photos are processed for identification and are not stored on our servers, sold, or shared with third parties for marketing.
Analytics & Crash Reporting
We use anonymous, aggregated analytics and crash reporting (provided by Firebase / Google Analytics for Firebase) to understand how the App is used and to fix bugs. This data does not identify you personally.
Subscriptions
Subscription processing is handled entirely by Apple via the App Store. We never see your payment information. Subscription state is managed via RevenueCat using anonymous user identifiers.
Children's Privacy
The App is suitable for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
